Do you have another browser installed, or just recently uninstalled one?ĮDIT Meant to ask you above. I can't vouch for this solution (as I haven't experienced the restrictions error with Outlook 2010) but its painless and easy to try.įrom what I've found, links are disabled by default for all users and the restrictions error may be caused by browser settings. Clear the check mark at Disable links and other functionality in phishing messages.Select Junk mail menu, then Junk mail options. I found this solution that has helped others with this same problem. Unfortunately we will have to trouble shoot some more. At least we know this isn't an issue with the Firewall.
